Default BRAKE light stay on EVEN when CAR is Turn OFF

I have a GS300 1994, Yesterday I had a strange situation, I Turn of the KEY, and saw that my Brake Lights stayed on.

I have Replaced the Brake Switch but its giving the same PROBLEM, any advise,

Have a nice day

E-brake functioning properly? Or possible not disengaged all the way?

e brake engagded should not cause the lights to come on. it's not suppose to anyway.

and did you really need 2 threads for this?

First off, I'm assuming you're referring to the rear tail lights and not the brake light in the dash, correct? If so, try disconnecting the brake switch under the dash. If the lights are still on, that means that there's an obvious short in the wiring some place and will be a bit of work to trace. You typically start with the EWD and start unplugging until you see the lights turn off. This will help you determine which part of your harness is bad.

If the lights turn off once you disconnect the harness at the switch, then the issue is at the switch some place. Perhaps the connector or something (since you stated you replaced the switch).

Most times the brake light switch uses a rubber gromet on one side and if this grommet falls out there is just a hole left so there is nothing to deactivate the brake switch look up where the brake pedal is and find the switch and you will see if the grommet is in place
