Nitrous Pwr??
what do u guys think of installing NOS, one of the cheapest way of gaining50-300 rwhp? u think it's safe on our motors with high miles? i would think so cuz some people install turbo kits even with high miles. our 2jz-ge block is considered i believe to handle at least 300 w/o any mods on bottem end....
so, if we do put NOS system to put out at least 80.....it shud be fine of course regardless of fine tuning of the fuel/nos jets.
this is just a thought. i would like to hear yr opinion.
tks.

hey indy,
personally i've been using the blue bottle for almost ten years now on my little 77 celica and to date have not broken anything. i i've been tempted to play with the blue bottle on my geees my self but have not had the real urge coz' i can the same rush from my old school rice rocket. ideally if you start conservatively with the nos jetting say around a 50 shot and safely up to 80 shot your stock setup should be able to handle the added hp without any mod's. just make sure you have lots of fuel and almost identical compression. it should kick a$$ even with a 50 shot. my experience with nos is that it works better on stock engines. as far as timimg retard, high plugs etc. you don't want to go there...stay conservative with your settings. although i'd be the first one to admit...you'll want more juice from the blue bottle. keep us posted.

i agree with you. i used to drive an '88 acura integra with an 100 shor direct port and it wz awesome. but of course, the motor wz fully built. h.e.ehe
i dont know about putting a nos system on my gs. i want to try but i'm hesitant a little. maybe i'll just save more money to get the turbo kit fm blitz........hmmmmmm....maybe fr $2000.00??

the kit is not out yet. i believe it shud come out in 2-3 weeks...
it's a direct bolt-on set up with 8-9 psi.....
we'll update more later....
