do you want a stretch or no?

on a 18x8 a good tire with a little stretch is 215-40-18

on 18x9 a good tire with a lil stretch is 215-40-18 also or for a lil less stretch 225-35-18 or 40 series

or check tyrestretch.com and look up any size and it has all the pics

If you live in NYC and this is your daily Driver, I would say stay away from stretched tires.

ok blklegend. what tire size would you recommend then? I'm considering all of my options. currently on the fence about stretching. coil overs will be on soon. just doing my hw first before the spending down pour occurs.

Sorry, not everyone is a wuss. If you have *****, you can. I live in Brooklyn NY and i drive everyyydayyyyyy on 225's stretched on a 18x10's

It all depends on what your looking for. If you looking for a comfortable ride, then go with a 40 or 45 sidewall and a 225-235 width.

I do not recommend you stretch your tires though because it will look like *** with your settup. 9 inchs wide on a JZS147 is WAY too skinny to pull off a stretched look. Unless your running serious spacers or a ridiculous offset, its not happening

You're much braver than I am running stretched everyday in NYC. Also its not being a wuss, just don't want to be fixing rims every few months.
