Default 40 amp fuse

Can I get this from any auto part store? Or do I have to specifically get this from Lexus? I've replaced fuses before. But never had to replace one that requires me to unbolt it from the fuse box inside the engine compartment. I guess I'll stop by a store when I get off work.

I actually needed a 60 amp and found one at auto zone. It wasn't a direct fitment because of the prong. But it was close enough so I just bent the prong straight and put her in . It's temporary and it's not the original but it works for now. part # is BP/FLB-60-RP. Don't even ask me how it blew, I bought the car that way.
