Default 1994 GS300 Aristo swap questions

I have some questions regarding the Aristo swap 2jzgte with Auto trans for our cars. As far as the drive shaft I can't seem to get a hold of and Aristo auto driveshaft. What driveshaft will work? And what modifications need to be done to fit it?

Thank You

Read "#9" on that link posted right above. Or have one custom made which is what alot of people do as well.

Does swapping out the tail shaft involve tearing down the complete transmission?

Just take the pinion nut off your auto and the aristo auto. Put your auto pinion on and torque nut down. Should fine. Some will say that the crush washer won't like it, but it should be ok. Don't remember torque for the pinion nut off hand

Its not hard to swap out. I call it a tail shaft, but jrbury has the proper name I suppose. Its a big socket, just leave the transmission in park, loosen the nut, slide it off (it has splines like your drive shaft does), slide the new one on, tighten nut, call it a day! I didn't torque mine...probably should have, but it's been 2 years strong, and it is doing fine

Good luck!
