High RPM on cold start/Pro CV - CV Half Shaft

How do you fix a high RPM when cold cranking your car. Oh by the way anyone have any diagram on how to replace your rear Hub Assembly?

How high is the RPM. If it is close to 2K you can't, and shouldn't. Its a cold start, warm up process the car goes through.
