Default fuel consumption "trouble"

Hey,
just have some questions to fuel consumption at my GS. 2jzbuild 95

First:
I've already new plugs and wires,
New air filter,
Changed air sensor....but... in normal mix, slightly calm riding I need +/- 15 liters....

Don't have any idea why. Normally should habe roughly 11-12/100km

Has anyone some ideas? Fuel price is actually 2.24$ per litre in germany :-( so could be very helpful zu reduce consumption :-)

These cars get shiiiiity gas mileage, there is really nothing you can do about it. I hardly ever see 300mi out of my tank it makes me sad, but its the price you pay...
