If everything is in working condition then it should be no problem. You should ask the shop why they aren't able to adjust it. Thats something they should have told you at the time they realized it if you ask me.

no adjustments on the coilovers themselves??? you might have to raise up a little to get the camber right but toe is the real important thing to get right so you are not scrubbing your tires, what part of N.Y. you at city or suburbs?

the car has stock adjustment bolts,
how low are you? my exhaust is 2 inches off the ground, and my techs at work can get my alignment just a slight hair outside the "acceptable" specs

Same with mine. Ive got more suspension stuff done now but even when I was on coils with just 19's, my shop could still align it. Camber was a little out of spec but toe was good.
What type of shop are you going to? Toyota told me they dont like to work on aftermarket stuff because they dont have a guide for those aftermarket parts (pretty much same as voiding a warranty), and some chain store (Midas, Firestone, etc, etc) may choose to decline service if they think they could be liable for anything....but those are mainly corporate type of things. I would think a smaller, privately owned customing type shop who does alignment shouldnt have a problem.

i think your only option might be to raise it up to a reasonable height. exhaust being 1/2" from the ground can't be functional.or either, you just gotta pay to play. there's not much available for adjustable arms in the rear for these cars
