Default Which A340E??

I'm currently doing an NA-T swap and have a question regarding transmissions.

I pulled this transmission out of my stock GS300 and it has a J2 stamp on the bellhousing. It has a 3 bolt flange to mount to the driveshaft.

This is a Boostlogic rebuilt NA transmission that I bought from a local guy off ClubNA-T. This came out of his NA Supra and has a J1 stamp on the bellhousing. This one has a slip yoke for the driveshaft. They both have an A340E badge.

I just want to clarify that the one I bought (pictured above) is actually from an NA Supra? Reason I'm asking is that a couple of the sensors aren't the same and I don't know which transmission (car) I need to look up for the wiring diagrams. I know that I'm going to have to get a custom driveshaft made now.

If anyone has any wiring diagrams, I would really appreciate it!

That I'm not sure, but if you're standing right behind the trans, the shift linkage is on the right side on both tranny's.
