wow this thread is old. i have no more water problem, maybe because i live in so cali and barely get any rain to notice it. but anyways, just double check on both sides of the trunk to make sure that the big clear tube is plugged into the hole in the floor so that the water can drain out. also make sure that the black tube on the driver side is plugged in too. that one is the gas overflow tube. so you do not want that stuff spilling in the trunl
