Also I should add that everytime I spray starter fluid into the manifold the car cranks up right away, but the problem is that it doesn't run cold, it'll just idle as if it was in operating temp

How many miles on it and have you been keeping up with the mfr's recommended maintenance? Sounds like it may need an induction service/cleaning at a minimum. The misfiring is particularly troubling. Let us know what you find.

227k on the odo, possibly 190 on the engine, recently did a head gasket job, this only happens in the morning or whenever the car sits for more than 3 hours. Before the car started doing this, I would go to turn it on in the morning and the cold idle would be at 3k rpm, and couple days after, it started doing what it does in the video

clean your maf, replace your fuel filter, give it a tune up, in that order.

Actually I forgot to check in again, I solved the problem, the wires to the temp sensor plug were disintegrated, so there wasn't a connection, hence the car running like crap when it was cold, replaced it and it's all good now
