Default Need the best option

Alright so I have a 93 gs300 with jdm aristo swap, its single turbo'd. I spun #4 rod bearing a while back and I pulled motor inspected crank and rod both looked decent, put new set of rod bearings in and a day later it started knocking again on same cylinder (rod bearing). So I pulled motor again and need to know what to do. I'll have to buy a new crank most likely because they can't be turned. I need to know what the best option will be
option 1- buy new crank and have block fully rebuilt estimated $1600+ for parts + labor
option 2- buy new shortblock around $2600
option 3- found a used jdm vvti 2jzgte aristo motor/trans/harness on craigslist close to me for $2100.
Need to know option to go with.

Thanks,
Joe
