Default Cleaning Factory Rims

What do you guys use to really clean or bring back to life the factory rims . There is so much product out there . I realize that they are not suppose to have a brilliant crome shine, but they should be clean and look good. any advice would help. Thanks

afterwards spray some metal protector

i hate cleaning my stock rims. my finger hurts after i wash my car every time. especially them dam corners. there is always brake dust in the corners and around the stem
