Anyone attempt this on their own? Local shops are trying to charge between 4-500 for an install including the alarm. I'm fairly decent with automotive electrical and was wondering if I could attempt this on my own.

I want to install a Avital 5303L. Car is a 1993 GS300, bone stock.

Anyone have any tips? Instructions?
Do I need a bypass for the factory alarm?
