Failed Transmission, Rebuild or Scrap?
I expect to have a failed transmission out of a 94 Lexus GS300 on my hands soon. It was slipping badly, then not responding at all. Thanks to Nixspeed I have a healthy used transmission to replace it with so I don't need the broken one.
I'm wondering, is it rare enough that I ought to make it available for someone to rebuild? Or just let the mechanic scrap it.

Glad I could help. Id post it up but don't expect much. Scrap may be a better option.
I saw it was delivered yesterday. Was everything still OK? Mufflers weren't damaged were they?
