n/m found it. so can i take my car to any lexus dealer and have them do ALL this for free if its never been done??

no need to worry...those are just TSB's. Your dealership should contact you if there is a recall. Technical Service Bulletins indicate to dealers ways to perform service or extra things to check. If it was something to worry about that involved safety you would have received a letter by now.
