From what I remember the kick down is mechanical on GS and electric on Aristo. You will probably have to tap the tps for proper kickdown. Other than that it bolts right up. You'll have to swap the tail flange but that's easy.

Well the gs300 has mechanical kick down. So when you give it more throttle the transmission knows to downshift. The Aristo or Supra TT downshifts electronically through the ecu. If you are just swapping the trans you'll have to figure out a way to get it to downshift properly.
