Default Bosch Platimun +4 Plug Good/Bad?

I bought these plugs the other day cause I thought, I was gonna have my plugs replaced but there was some other problem with why it was running funny. I have seen that these plugs are good and then I have seen that they are bad, I know the denso ones are the best but couldn't find them in the time I thought I needed them. Should I take them back and order the Denso iridiums or should these be cool. Thanks

i've had several mechanic friends of mines tell me that the +4 are no better than regular platinums because the spark will occur where the gap is the shortest distance from the electrode. They said most of the time the spark will occur only between 1 of the gaps.

i know in the newer lexus, they come with iridiums straight from the factory. Your other option is Torquemaster spark plugs which i have in mines. They cost about the same as iridiums, but supposedly adds more HP and TQ. a few members on these forums swear by them, and insists that they're the way to go. But, as many people there are that are for these plugs, there are as many sketchy ones. Supposedly the +4 were taken from the same theory as these torquemasters. But if you look at their webpage, it seems that these are made a lot better than +4's or similar.

i, myself, like them. a few members have said that the plugs cause a rough idle. i haven't seen really anything to complain about. it did idle funny when i first put them in, but after the ecu learned it, its been running great since then. and in my opinion, it has done what it promised. i'm just waiting to see if what they say is true...it only gets better with time.
