Oh as a followup I will be changing the front springs to 10kg/mm and keeping the rear at 6kg/mm. I had the chance to ride in an AMG S-Class for a few days, and now I feel spoiled. So I am changing the front springs to 10kg/mm as this setup was even more comfortable than the AMG Mercedes. Keep in mind on 10kg springs there was still some body roll making full 90 degree right turns quickly but less than stock.
So afterward the install I hope to make DIY for making swaybars for the front and the rear. I have already priced the cost of piping a few months ago and it is very cheap. I think the hardest part will be making the jig to bend the piping around. I plan to have this tutorial in video as well on youtube.. gotta represent clublexus . I owe a whole lot through the years to the many members on this forum that have helped us all out.
The direct aftermarket rear swaybar options for the 1st gen GS300 are near impossible to find. The cheaper/easier option is to go with the toyota supra's rear swaybar ($100 ebay), but that will require also buying supra rear swaybar brackets to the tune of $200 for the brackets. This will be a slight to decent upgrade due to the different mounting design, but this is only for the rear.
There is no other front swaybar option for the 1st gen GS300 as far as I know. We are left with the stock one.
I want to build a swaybar that is on par or better/thicker than the $500 titan motorsports supra swaybar package (only the rear can be used from this package), at less than half the price. If I do get around to it, there will probably only be one made, as I don't know if want to mass produce this.

From what I remember, bilstein does not make a coilover setup for the JZS147 GS300. And good luck finding good quality used JDM coilvover sets from 25 years ago.
Since BC racing seems to be a great start and the best quality low budget kit coilover, this route is a great option to have your setup running par with some of the +$6,000 USD coilover kits out there.
You would be surprised but there a substantial amount of people that are going this route. So much so that BC racing decided to add a digressive series line of coilovers to their product line supposedly because of this tutorial.

The wiper seal seen in this write-up/tutorial is from a BC racing BR coil-over set for a 1991-1994 GS300. I do not have any other specs on the wiper seal than this unfortunately. This wiper seal can be found in the regular size(regular length) shock body and the Extreme low (short length) size/shock body option as well.
