What is this body kit?

I've searched this site and others for any other info on this kit.. If anyone knows who makes it and where to get it please let me know.

I think I found the kit, its made by VLENE. Not sure if there's any US distributors.. Does anyone know a place that can order a VLENE kit? http://www.vlene.com/newVLENE/aeropa...sto/index.html
