Idle in park to high?
#2
That seems pretty high especially since in the picture the car seems to be at operating temp. I had to adjust my TPS to get my idle to where it was supposed to be. I also took my IACV off and cleaned the the port. While the IACV was off I took it apart and clean the contacts and replace the small bearing that was inside of it.

if u adjusted your tps and it still throttles that high...
next thing to look at is your throttle cable..... this is to ensure that there is 0 throttle... u may need to readjust tps after doing this too.... if possible get a feeler gauge n all and set the tps properly.. if car idles too high still... adjust throttle cable... if still idles too high... then u may need to adjust ur distributor...

You either have an issue with the idle control valve or your throttle position sensor. Being that you already messed with your TPS when you shouldn't, i think that is a part of your issue but it may not be the cause, just someone trying a work-around.
a coolant temp sensor could also give you some issues but is most likely accompanied by other things.
