i have had a few people tell me it looks like a 5 series at night now. lol. i should just stick some angel eyes in there now. since there are no lines the angle eyes should look great

yo, john....i gotta see this in person. i can't really tell but i can notice the clear part of the headlight being much clearer.........but still, gotta check it out! good job, bro

Looks good, still kinda hard for me to see. Did you sand all the lines all the way around the lens? How hard is it to take the lens off, aren't they glued on? And if glued what do you use to glue them back to prevent leakage? I guess i'm asking for the step by step process.

no i didn't sand all the way around. i just sanded the area infront of the low beam and the high beam. if i had a better camera than it would look WAY better. pretty much all i did was open it with a heat gun and used a sander called a MOUSE by this company i forgot. you can get it at home depot. then after all major lines were gone i used sand paper in this order 100, 300, 800, 1000, 2000. and when it got to 2000 the scratches were really fine so i used meguirs lens cleaner in this order 17, 10, 18. total cost after returning the sander was around 20-25 bucks or so.

Super Tight !!

Looks good man, what did you use to put the lens back together with? What kind of fogs do you have now, those IS fogs will look super sick now.

i have HID fog lights right now that i made. i used clear DAP silicon to seal it back together. aye patrick. i'll see you on the 25th at your house. lol.
