Ok so after getting the gifted car (93 gs300) running I'm needing in the trunk. The problem is the security lock is on and I don't have that key appently. The keys were broke off in the ignition and it was changed. So the keys start the car but don't unlock the doors. I have a electronic key with the button that will unlock the doors but won't fit any of the locks. Any help appreciated

You can have a Locksmith match the locks to the key you have so you will have one key for the entire car or you can have the dealer cut a key according to your VIN that will work for the locks on the car but not the ignition.

The sad thing is the previous owner has 2 more keys that should open the trunk and unlock the security lock but god knows where they are. Really hoping for something cheap I can do really I just need to get his stuff outta their. Is their away around the security lock so I could use the button?

I seen this for a sc but if you can get to the lock some way maybe you can unlock it and be able to use your switches again

Ok sorry haven't had time to repost on this issue. Got the trunk open. I pulled the security lock out and pressed the button on the back. Lock unlocked and trunk opens great thanks guys
