Is there any way to make the seats softer or with more foam.

You can certainly get them reupholstered and get the foam replaced. From what I've seen its about $500 per seat. You could also buy a seat cushion or cover. Personally, I'd start with a good cleaning with a rug doctor upholstry cleaner attachment. You don't know how much dirt is in there so I could see it affecting comfort like how soiled clothes get stiff. There isn't like an adjustment for the bottom cushion like an airbag you get in a BMW etc. The seat back has adjustments for the lumber but there's no side bolster air bags or other adjustments like you get with Recaro's.
