I have a 96 GS300. I am told it comes w/ a 12 disc changer, except I have no cartridge for my changer. Which PIONEER cartridge is compatible with the Lexus 12 disc changer? Please Help, I am so tired of listening to the radio.

Don't know. That's why most people just buy a used one off ebay. Or check the classifieds under "clublexus marketplace" on this site. You can even put up a WTB ad for a changer cartridge.

Why not just pop in a cassette? I've got Earth Wind and Fire's greatest hits in my ride.

 

you can just go down to any Lexus dealership can get one from them. i got mines for about $30 from them when I first bought my car. pianoman is also right if you want to check out ebay. they have 12 disc cartridges from time to time for as low as $15.

yeah, mines is also a 12 disc cartridge. i believe all the 1st gen GS's were 12 discs, and Lexus only moved to a 6 disc changer/cartridge in the 2nd gen's because the cd changer was relocated to the glovebox.
