driving stick is not genetics. its a skilled that could be learned within a day up to a week to get comfortable with it.

hey you have no idea how easy it is, but then again i know how to do it so of course it's going to be easy.
WORD OF ADVISE, LEARN TO DRIVE STICK ON SOMEONE ELESES CAR TRUST ME, get a rental if you could find one in a stick, it's like learning to swim, i learned to drive stick when i was 12 yrs old, and i first drove an automatic car when i was 19, mainly because i grew up in the islands and all the cars there are manuel, and believe it or not the first time i drove an automatic i sucked at it, i was forgeting to put it in drive, trying to drive while in N , and this is the big daddy, i would reverse and forget to put it back in D, and stomp on the gas, one time i ended up in a ditch because of it now it's as easy as cake, i'm not trying to scare you just trying to let you see that theres no trick to it you're just acustomed to giving it gas and go, and i was so acustomed to doing everything my self that i forgot stuff.

ps. do not learn on you own car

I think you should be concerned on where and how you're going to fit the parts into your car. You'll have to get parts off of an SC.

You'd be able to drive stick in no time.

defiantely learn 2 drive stick on a rental, or if u have an older or younger family memeber or pal that will teach u in thier car, learning isn't easy at 1st but it becomes easy with practice, i learned ina week and i'm a slow person

yea man its not hard at all. First time i drove stick in my cousins subaru he was amazed at how good i was at it. (i play many video games so i know all the shift positions hehe). I think the thing you need to remember is push in clutch while stoping to a dead stop and don't skip gears, other than that its a piece of cake
