Default Lexus GS300 1995 model starts and dies

My Lexus always start even when it experiences the issue noted in the title. I noticed that after driving the car for some few hours and I stop and park it. But when I start the car after some minutes later it will ALWAYS START but it will die down immediately. It will require about 45 to 1 hour or more before you can start the car and it won't die. I Can not figure out the issue, I need assistance.

Note: It will ALWAYS START at every instance when you start it but it dies down immediately unless you give it time like about an hour or more, only then will it not die down.

I remember having a simalar issue with mine but it would start just fine then die out suddenly turned out to be my ecu. Idk if the thread is still on here but there was a thread that had the resistors you could solder in on the ecu. These cars are 20 plus years old and overtime the ecu leak causing this exact problem. Capacitors leak inside the ecu and cause the no start issue. But if you allow the ecu to cool down car starts right back up. Not to mention the ecu sits right above the exhaust smh. Has it thrown any cel codes? If so which ones
