gs30

So i just replaced my door actuators on all my doors on my gs. But now every time I unlock and open the door the alarm goes off. i don't have a master key, since it didn't come with the car when i bought it. I only have the sub-key and a spare that i got at a locksmith. does anyone know how to fix this problem? please help my neighbors hate me now.
