Are you looking for OEM or aftermarket? OEM stuff is usually cheapest to buy from Partsouq, but you will have to pay duty and taxes and all that. Parts usually arrive in three days or so. After market stuff, I usually end up going with Rock Auto. In fact, I just ordered a few things from Rock Auto this morning

ETA is Friday which is pretty good I think!

Standalone ECU? If that's what you mean, I'd find a shop that you want to do the tune and ask them what they would use. There's no point in buying a standalone ECU that no one locally knows how to tune.
