First, there is a 20A fuse in the engine compartment fuse box to check, Next. When you turn the key "ON" do you hear the fuel being pressurized in the car?

If your 20A fuse is confirmed good; and you do not hear fuel pressurizing when you turn your key to the ON position your next step is to jump the diagnostics battery + to the FP to see if this starts to pump fuel.

If you have followed the procedure above for using a paperclip to jump the battery + to the fuel pump with the diagnostics port and turned your key ON and still have no fuel pressurizing, then it is either a wiring issue, a fuel pump ECU failure, or a fuel pump failure. Is the car throwing any codes?
