Default parts came in time to do maintenance.

Well I got all new brake pads, 6 spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor from carson toyota for $257.31 total sweet!!! Anyways someone was saying to clean the intake manifold do you clean the whole thing all the way to the cylinder head? I might as well since i'm gonna take it off anyways. Hopefully the bad ignition components were the cause of my ****ty fuel effieciency. I'll let you guys know what happens.

There is a bolt underneath the intake manifold. You will need a pretty long extension to reach it. It is a beeyatch.

Well after installing the stuff I can say it was a huge improvement. The car revs nicer, has better response, is overall faster and smoother. I cleaned the tb but left the manifold alone as I will be taking thigns apart in the spring anyway. I just got some carb cleaner and sprayed it into the intake while the car was running. Doing that a couple times should clean things up enough. Did you notice alot of grime near the egr tube?
