Default 1995 GS300 ECU replacement/repair

I am looking to either but a preprogrammed plug and play ecu for my 1st gen or have the original repaired. Any recommendations? Part number is 89630-30060

That doesn't appear to be a Lexus part number.

Hi. Thanks for the update, the part number seems to be in sync with the other part numbers on the car and is on the ECU. I am just hoping on either getting a replacement one or finding a service that rebuilds them. I do not want to buy a replacement and it too have issues.

Hello,

Can you take a picture of your ECU?

The Part Number you provided doesn't exist, here you can find a list of valid ECU Part Numbers for your car.

As for who can repair it, I've heard good things about Tanin Auto Electronix, the best part is that they have an assortment of vehicles to actually trial the ECU to confirm operation, with that, I don't have any personal experience with them.

Hope this helps and best of luck!

Huge thanks! Tanin completed my Odometer rebuild and did an awesome job but they no longer have any models to test my ECU so they do not provide that service any longer. I am going to check out the site you gave me for the part number. From my initial research it appears that the part number will actually work on the 93,94 and 95 models but i will put in VIN and be sure.

Thanks again!
