Guys, randomly, every once in a while, my front left drivers side air conditioning vent makes a weird crackling or popping like sound for a couple of seconds then stops. It's not a sound that sounds like there's something physical rolling around in there because this noise can happen when I'm at a dead stop on a flat surface (no incline). It also only happens when the air conditioning is on.

Anyone else experience this? It's getting rather annoying.

i sometimes get that during startup of my car. it happens for a few jiggles. don't know what it is either. maybe it's the vents opening and closing for a split second or something.

I had that noise also, but found out it was just a couple of dried leaves that were in my ventilation system. Actually one came flying out of the vent and stuck me in the head, then the noise stopped!........now just my head hurts!

Ahh! Makes sense! Sounds like an old *** leaf. I need to get that checked. That's bud!
