Hi, i drive a 2000 model gs300 and recently had issues with the MAF sensor and brought a aftermarket airflow sensor JET PERFORMANCE POWER FLO MAS AIR SENSOR 69148.
The OEM sensor and aftermarket we're different in shape but same coupler, i have also checked for the fitment before ordering. Had to fabricate a new hose and i was able to use only one day, after that started getting issues with MAF.
i had taken it to around 10 ecu tuning shops to find the issue, or if there's any programing to be done.
It's been two months and no one could help me with a proper solution or why its not working properly.
If anyone had a jet performance or anyone can suggest me what the issue will be?

Replace it with a known good stock MAF and see what happens. If that fixes the problem, throw the Jet MAF in the garbage.

 

yup, throw the jet pos away, it doesnt change performance lmaoooo and get an oem maf. Very simple.

 

I have a new in box MAF sensor sitting in the garage that I never used for my 2001 GS430 if anyone needs. Denso brand, PM if anyone needs one
