Gs300 mystery misfire
So I have a 2000 gs 300 and it’s been down for about a month from a multi misfire but mainly 1&6 now. It was throwing random miss every once n a while but would still run fine and stay clear of misfire for a while after I erased codes. so I thought it was electrical side but eventually came back and hasn’t worked after anything I’ve tried. I started with plugs, wires, coils, and battery, it would still misfire so bad it would sound like it was cammed then cleaned fuel injectors, no progress replaced fuel pump, and vvti solenoid, it sounded a little healthier but would still miss. Also checked for evap leaks and ran compression test everything looked and read fine. I just recently tried to replace the tps and now it won’t even start after adjusting it every which way by hand since I don’t have a high grade scanner to get it completely accurate. Anything helps just need some direction from here!!

I used to remove and adjust the sensor after valve gasket change, tend to set idle to ~700pm, only two screws yet a bit sensitive.
you can watch the old tighten marks to set it to factory settings,
not sure error you got or parts you replaced, yet you seems very capable. might be coil and connections, wires are clamped so might be oxidized to cause intermittent contact.
