I was wondering for people with black GS's is there only 1 black for the GS or is there different blends of black ( factory color). I have a 99 GS in black and i wanted to get this spoiler would the black that they have be the same for all black GSs?
Anyone with a black GS can help me out with this question??
thanks

I've only ever heard of one black for the GS....at least from 98-01 model years. You may want to do more research just to be sure. Just be careful with replica aero parts. for that price, this thing might fit like total crap. Just a word of caution. Good luck!!

There has only been one Black since 98 color code 202. In 2001 a Blue Onyx was added that looks like black, but is really really dark blue.
As far as spoilers go definitely do a search it has been discussed at length. I'm sure you will find that most people have taken the price looks to good to be true with respect to the spoilerdepot. If you want a factory spoiler we (ClubLexus Members) get a discount at Lexus of Mnahattan, they have also gotten me my RMM spoiler and TTE. You can also try through Steve Ganz (screenname - SUPRATRD) over at Carson Toyota in Calif., but since you are in NYC it may not pay after shipping charges.
As an FYI on the spoiler...spoiledepot at one point was selling sportwing spoilers for the GS, they "looked" OEM, until you put a real OEM right next to it, the spoilerdepot one was about 10% smaller so it didn't really flow with the body lines the way an OEM did, the RMM has a few minor enhancements that flow even better than the OEM.

Dave also note.....If you do get the spoiler from SD painted it will be wavy as crap!! The fiberglass they use is very thin and their prep work is less than average. I purchased one for my 1st gen GS and had to send it back @ least 4 times to get one that was acceptable. They also do not cover the shipping charges
Just be warned........
