hey guys again thanks for the comments - the reason i did not take a close up shot of the handles is because I chromed the handles with chrome vinyl ( i didnt do that great of a job because i was just doing it to see how it would look ). It is very much do-able to the point that hardly anyone would notice its vinyl. Okay so heres a better pic of the DIY door entrance illumination. hope you guys like it.

bluelex - thanks, i thought you guys might like that last pic, had to get the moonlight setting just right to capture that much detail in the color. (and if anyone wants to know..all lights in the picture are L.E.D.s, white PiAA wedge bulbs and white generic license plate screws)

fireballgs - a DIY will follow soon with full detail. (I also want to state that the idea came from CL member bananaGS in a previous thread a month back so he gets the credit for the idea. and CL member LXOGOOD will get the credit for sparking my jealousy when he posted his "DONE" auto couture kit).

RNM GS3 - the lip came from Options Auto @ optauto.com. I forgot where I read it but someone in a thread a few months back, a member.. stated you could buy a lip from options auto for $159.00 (http://www.optauto.com/webstore/prod...=yes&dept=2865) the only thing is that when I got to the site and clicked on it, it said it was out of stock. After some research I found that the greddy lip was actually pretty hard to get, seeing how it was backordered everywhere. what was the next step? I called greddy direct, and although they do not sell to the public direct, they will however tell you if they have the item in stock or not and can tell you status of shipments from japan. Well I just so happened to call when a shipment of a few were coming in, so what I did is placed the order with options auto anyways knowing full well they didnt have it in stock, and options sent the order to greddy right away and I got one of the few lips they got in.....lucky I guess? I dont know...maybe there were a lot more lips then they actually said there were? but I got it pretty quick...only a week wait.

What bulb did you put in your side markers? Are they LED's? They look bright even though the pic is at an angle and not straight on.
