so tell me if im understanding this right....you broke the factory seal and painted the housing? that would obviously have to be the case right? also...what type of paint did you use to do this??? inquiring minds would like to know

i have a question, after u take the housing apart, and then put it back together will water moisture goes in later on???

i used hi temp paint flat black ,that is right i took the headlamp shell apart took 1 hour per light just to take apart but u cant tell i did and i put clear silicone around the edges unnoticeable so it wont leak i will wash tomorrow . its really easy if u are patient it is a 10 dollar mod. i am thinking about getting another set of complete hids i liked the stock smoked headlamps better imo. the black is nice and different but i dont think its me so if anybody has a complete set of hids ,housings computers,ballasts and bulbs in good condition smoked or green tint i will buy them !

Very Nice I wanted to do mine too. After is painted Black , how much brightness do you loose or any compare to the chrome??

I have ask this b4 but has anyone done it on a black Gs ? I want to see what it looks like, if any, please post some pics of it thanks, It sure looks nice on a Sliver car...

i think the sportdesign gs comes with titanium finish ? and i didnt notice it being not as bright it seems the same to be honest .
