Hello all, 1st gen SC owner here thinking about moving to a gs400 for the vvt-i. Anyways long story short I'm wondering if anyone has the dimensions of the front bumper fog lights or the holes where the fog lights go? Diode dynamics makes high intensity fog lights/driving lights that can fit the SC with an adapter but not sure how big/small the openings on the 2nd gen GS are. Maybe even the height of the bumper grill opening from top to bottom? Would appreciate any info 👍

Pretty sure they’re just standard 9006 bulbs. I’m not understanding what the measurements are needed for.
Also went to the DD site and they have a direct fit H3 light for the SC fog lights, so again I’m not understanding.
And…DD makes “high intensity” lights? That’s the HI in HID lights, DD makes LED replacements. I’m just nitpicking at this point but I’m already confused so what’s one more item?

They make a 3d printed adapter for the sc's to put these lights in place of the cornering lights so if the space permits doing so, I could just get someone to print me up an adapter for the GS. The lights themselves are 3.3"x3.3" in dimension. If not then I would go for the model down which is 2.3"x 3.3" which is rectangular rather than square like the ones pictured.

Ah, ok then. I just measured the face of the light and got approx 7.5”x3.5”. The inside (mounting dimensions) would be slightly smaller but not a huge amount I’m guessing.

Yes they are quite good. Bit costly but honestly so are led high beams 🤷. Don't want to post any links but you can see a great comparison/demo if you go on YouTube and look up "Diode Dynamics SS3" some of the top results are a couple videos from a channel called "Do it together 2022". You can see how they look on back roads with no lighting (he has them installed on a Tacoma I believe) as well as on the highway (since they are dot complaint). He also has a video comparing the Pro VS Sport models but honestly the cheaper Sport version should be plenty.

Those LED Clusters appear to be spotlights, instead of projectors. You will blind oncoming traffic at night, just like the Jeeps do with their insane non-horizon-cut-off LED headlights.
