MPX-B fuse parasitic draw

Hi everyone, I feel like I’ve exhausted my little electrical knowledge as much as I can and I’m looking for every/any bit of help I can get.
I have a 1998 Toyota Aristo. When I first got the car, it would need a jump if I hadn’t started it in a week or so. Over time, I’m assuming as the battery got weaker, it would be only a couple days. Now, the car will be completely dead over night. I busted out the multimeter to try to get some answers.
With the car completely asleep, it’s pulling 690mA… no wonder it was dying. After pulling each fuse one by one, I found the main culprit, the MPX-B fuse. Without that fuse, the draw drops all the way down to 90mA. Another 60mA of draw is being taken by some aftermarket gauges and cameras hooked up to the dome fuse, I’m not as worried about these because I at least know why it’s happening.
I unplugged the fuse and started the car to check for things that were no longer working. All of the windows and power seats worked. There are only 2 things that didn’t work that I could find. My key fob and the automatic power steering tilt when I put my key in the ignition.
this is all the information I have. Please let me know if you have any ideas on how I could fix this draw, or if you know anyone who’s dealt with an MPX-B draw. Thank you!

I don't have any technical advise, as I've never heard of the MPX-B before now. I do happen to heavily add to and tamper with the electrical system on my old cars, and I found products on amazon such as this bluetooth kill switch. I needed the 200A version for my Subaru, which has a 200A alternator and lithium battery. I'd only use it as a last resort, as you'd lose all your radio and HVAC settings upon cycling the power.
