L-Tuned has, for the most part, for the GS been discontinued. There are few and varied parts lying around but the only way your going to find them is likely used.

so if l-tuned is discontinued, then what would be the closest suspension mod to the l-tuned? I was thinking definitely the eibach springs, but with what shocks? Bilstein of KYB?

You MAY be able to still get them. Those are the most available of the L-Tuned Parts. Contact SUPRATRD for more information.
On the other hand, I would serious consider Coilovers if you plan to be getting bigger wheels/tires. It will add a great advantage when driving, not only height adjustability.
The closest to stock in shocks and springs is probably Eibach Springs with either stock shocks since it's a small drop or Bilstein, although they tend to be a bit more rough.

Actually, it seems that now that the parts have been discontinued, all of a sudden there are a lot of people saying "How do I get the L-Tuned so-and-so?" Once they are COMPLETELY gone, and the only source is used parts from members here or E-Bay, the prices are sure to go up even more.

There slowly phasing out certain parts since there will be a model change.......shocks,springs,ECU and such are still available and should be for the next few years
