Replaced Knock Sensor, more codes

Hey guys! First post on here.
I recently bought an.. interesting 2001 gs300 as my first car/project car. After replacing spark plugs as well as the ignition coils and wire sets, my car is stuck with these codes.
P0325 (Knock Sensor Bank 1)
P0300 (general misfire)
P0301 (cyl 1 misfire)
P0303 (cyl 3 misfire)
P0305 (cyl 5 misfire)
When I replaced the ignition coils (cyl 2, 4, 6) I managed to take the misfire codes away and only had the knock sensor code for a while. When replacing the knock sensor I noticed the connector was falling apart but it wasn't even connected in the first place! I believe I found the wire and ended up splicing one of the replacement ends of the new harness to the wire (it was cut off so just a bare wire).
After making sure everything was proper we took it for a test drive and the car ran WORSE than it did before the knock sensor job. The acceleration is worse than it was before. I actually stalled the car when trying to reverse back into the garage after test driving. I've read on a different thread that filling your tank halfway with premium has helped take the p0325 code away, but my fuel gauge is stuck on F so I have no idea how much gas I even have.
In short, I originally had the single p0325 code but ended up getting the misfire codes back after replacing my knock sensor, and splicing the new connector for it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and I'd love any at-home advice or fixes, I'm fresh out of high school so I most definitely cannot afford taking the car to a dealership and paying for labor
