Default 2001 GS300 dreadful ticking

first time actually posting, been trying to figure this out for a while now. sounds like lifter tick from the driver’s side valve cover under the throttle body, in the center of that cam shaft, car was low on oil and filled to 75% (doing a change and some other fluid flushes in two days). the sound slightly emanates into the cabin when accelerating, though that could very well be something else. im at 190k miles with a valve cover gasket change planned as well. bent valves? lifter tick? looking to hear from someone else who’s dealt with this problem. Only code I’ve been thrown was a p0440 a while before this.

(linked a yt vid I posted because it cant format directly on here)
