Do you guys think that 33k for a CPO 2001 GS 430 blk/blk with Navigation is a good price. It has 55k miles.

No bad in my opinion, considering CPO ususlly jacks the price up 2-3 grand.
That is about average from my searches etc..
Other options..?

that's pretty decent price man, i think it's fair. and with the nav you get ML as well right?

The car is actually for my buddy at work. He is debating between a GS430 or a Denali. Lexus of Cerritos called him and told him they have this one. Ill let him know what you guys think. Thanks for the input. he is going to try to get it down to 32k out the door.

that is actually a good price for that year and model....although if he is buying it from a dealer....damn are they gonna add tax and reg which will ultimately bump it up a few more g's.....goood luck!
