Fog Lamp Wiring Plug In Location

so trying to connect my fog lamps and can’t find the wire to plug them in am i missing them or do i have to look somewhere else? on the driver side this is the only wire that is unconnected and is somewhat ( not even close enough ) close to the fog lamp and on the passenger side there isn’t even a wire to connect it ?? * my front right blinker signal doesn’t work * don’t know if i need to go to shop and have it rewired or what but if someone can please help i’ve tried looking all across the forums and haven’t found anything recent or related to my issue here so far i’ve tried looking at diagrams and youtube videos but to no advance

The plug you're holding is for the indicator.
The plug for the fog lamp is a larger, brownish-red connector. It should be in there somewhere, it's long enough to reach the back of the lamp with some slack, so it may have ended up tucked away somewhere.

it must be tucked or cut because i found the wires that i think lead to the fog lamp on passenger side cut so im kinda curious if it just got cut or something else is wrong because on the driver side there isn’t another wire like the one that was cut on the passenger side. and for the indicator that i took a picture of is on the driver side which the indicator on that side works it’s the passenger side that hasn’t been working /.\
