replaced my harmonic balancer and serpentine belt, noise got louder after. filled up my power steering fluid, i’m assuming pump went bad?

might be my transmission or something. 😕 whining starts when i put it in any gear

 

So you replaced the Harmonic balancer and the serp belt, and it's making a strange noise now? How come you replaced those parts? If it was your PS pump, it would make the noise as soon as the engine starts, and then it would vary when you turn the steering wheel. I can't really tell anything from that video . A video of the engine running, with the hood up, would be more helpful? Also run down the details of the engine , what exactly it's doing? Narrow things down and then it'll be a lot easier to try and diagnose your problem and how to fix it.
