Yeah the new tails make it feel like you got a new car all over again, I did mine recently (lazily got the dealer to fit them, and now I have to get around to spraying them red sometime). New lights make such a difference to the back.! Another thing you might want to consider is the larger exhaust trims of the newer GS430, it's a subtle but nice mod too.

You guys got to see the car in person. Looks like a new car and people like it too, if you can't tell, I just seen my bros car for the first time since he got the wheels and lights. It's a big diff

There is in the UK actual "car light spray paint" that lets the original light shine through, it comes in red and other colours. You can also buy a special remover for it by the same company.
USA - Try your local car accessory shops. Or hobby shop and get the "candy apple red" spray that many people use. Also some people use red plastic film on theirs instead of spraying. Both can't be distinguished if done properley.
On the subject of lights, I just noticed whilst going around the cars at the dealership today looking for mods, that the RX side indicators seemed the same as mine (being in the UK) so I have ordered them for next week £31 ($53) from Lexus and I just hope they do fit!
