Default and the curse continues...

On my way down to LA last Friday, I had to stop on I5 just past the Grapevine due to heavy traffic. Just as I came to a halt, I heard screeching tires right before my GS4 was rear-ended. At least no one was hurt and my rear bumper suffered only scratches, no dents, despite being banged from behind like a **** star. I can't say the same for the guy in the Mazda3 who rear-ended me; his fender was bent up and his hood buckled. Now I just have to deal with the insurance mess and a possible $500 deductible.

Stay alert out there. It seems like people have it out for the GS family.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune, but if the guy who hit you has insurance (hopefully), you shouldn't have to pay the $500 deductable.

Dude...sorry to hear about your mishap. Of course...its always the other guy thats at fault.

With that being said....you shouldn't worry about the $500 deductible. The Mazda3 driver's insurance should pay for your repairs (assuming this Ahole has insurance).

Call the guy up, say that you were having neck pains and was advised to see a doctor.
Then tell him that $500 should make the pain go away
