L-Tuned Sides On The GS ...
#33
By the way guys, just in case you're wondering where the L-Tuned grill is, I sold it to bitkahuna on Sunday. Met up with him in Newnan and after knowing him for over a year, I finally got a chance to ride in his car! Not only that but he even trusted me with the wheel Now, because of Paul I'm dead set on getting all my suspension mods sorted out after this month
Bit, you owe me some $$$ LOL

Obviously, the first thing you notice when you go from driving a GS300 to a GS400 is the power of course! Paul's got a TC (what brand is it?) and I could definately tell the difference compared to my brother's GS400 which only had an intake and exhaust as far as performance goes. Paul, correct me if I'm wrong, but your car pulled amazingly even at higher speeds -- is this attributed to the TC?
Also, his Torsen LSD was amazing. Like Paul said, "No more annoying VSC!" -- It definately felt like power was being sent to both of the tires and it was especially obvious when we left the Arby's parking lot and I tapped it just as I would my car -- except for the fact that I didn't quite factor in the difference in performance between his car and mine at the moment --> Both tires were spinning as I stepped on the gas then they catch traction and you immediately feel the torque and the power of the car.
Ahh, the way the steering feels on his GS is just amazing. It's exaclty what I would like my car to handle like. Switching lanes and quick turns were so much fun and offered no annoying "headbobble" at all. Also, bodyroll -- what bodyroll?! Going through those twisty country roads in Newnan, GA were nothing but exciting. In my car I'd probably crap my pants doing the exact same thing. I felt nothing but confident driving Paul's car. It just felt as if the car wanted more and more!!
I was scared (of course) at first but like I said, it gave me so much driving confidence.
Paul -- wanna trade? ... I'm serious hehe
Thanks goes to Paul for trusting me enough to let me drive his wonderful GS
