Default Newby...My buddy KVA made me admit this...

Just bought a used GS 400. My friend KVA has already created a list of "must" haves. I just put on a lower brace, strut brace and some Torq plugs. I hope to have pics up this weekend.

Welcome! How about sharing the "list of mods" that you have in mind. Maybe others here can help you add to it.

Credit cards? That's all this poor guy has got! So first plan of attack was to take immediate advantage of the group buys...TRD STB, TRD FLCB, Torque Master Plugs, Interior Cabin Filter...All this on a '98 Alpine Silver GS400 w/ HID, NAV, Heated Seats, 17" GS Rims, blah, blah, blah...fully loaded!

I'll tell you guys, I have not driven a GS4xx since it came out '98...and I knew I shouldn't of because I would like the power too much...and I'm right! I drove wulffies GS400 and I really liked the power/torque combination. I purposely didn't buy a 430 because I knew if I did I would be driving around town at 100Mph all the time The power is addicting...and the torque! The GS3's are fast when you get them going, but these things are beasts...I couldn't keep the wheels from not spinning ...I think I am going to have to sell my GS3 and get into an '05 or '06 GS4xx...or maybe by that time I can just get an E55? This damn forum makes you mod and power hungry...you just can't appreciate the car's we have until you get to see what everyone else out there is doing in terms of mods, etc...

KVA ur so right man, I just got down to NC from NY this morning (565 mile trip), and I swear I don't know how I have lived without a V8!! Sometimes when I'm driving, I say I should start a thread about it, but then I say nah I'm just late to the GS4 party!! Hey better late than never right!!

Wulfies if u are married, u better get well acquainted with ur sofa or garage floor, cause ur gonna be spending LOTS of time there LOL!!!!!!
